Terrible service. Given wrong food. When I got home and found that it wasn't what I ordered I called. Talking to the woman who... said was manager (which I highly doubt), she said I could drive back over and pay difference. Could be more than a dollar. Iasked if I could just come by tomorrow for the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered. She said no, tonight only and you paydifference. Really. Definitely will not return. Please, understand, not every customer has your menu memorized. So, in the drive thru, relax, offer me a menu. Then, when I... pick up the order, don't hand me a cup covered in the soft drink it contains. AND, while I'm cleaning the cup, DON'T force amilk on me ALSO covered in soft drink! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Just went to get some food for my daughter before her class and they just let me waiting in the driving... line to get a simple nuggets order. Obviously I did not have enough time for waiting my order ( after 6 cars received theirorder and left) so I had to leave to leave her on her class HUNGRY and come back asking for returning the money since I did notget my food. Had to wait 5 or minutes for 2 trainees taking orders and then another 10 minutes to receive order. Also, I was told this... Chick-fil-A does not participate in the compnay's Senior Discount program. Always really friendly but my order is always wrong! They always forget something, whether it?s a whole meal or just fries. It?s... very annoying that I have to check my order before I leave. This is by far one of the worst chick fil a stores in Dallas. The employees literally throw your food at you and don?t even say... hello or my please. In Tennessee or Georgia, all of the operators ran their stores with hospitality and even communicatedthrough emails. I have been to this location at least 10 times and I will not return.
