Usually get takeout. Food was hot and good. I was greeted upon entering. Took a while for someone to bring the food out so I... went in and grabbed it much faster. Curbside parking is inconvenient, you get blocked in from other cars that are waiting toexit. It's annoying. Read more

Open bar seating with great service provided by the staff on duty. Wonderful food presentation. Actually, it was so good that... pictures of the dishes were an afterthought. The shopping center was super busy but offered ample parking. The staff wasfriendly, accommodating and each provided exceptional service. Read more

I just stopped by with a friend to grab some quick lunch and a drink, the host gave us a few choices of seating and we quickly... chose our seating. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for a waiter to come over and no one showed. The restaurant wasn?tsparsely filled with customer?s so there was not a bustle issue.Then a party of 6 came in and sat in next to us, the young ladywalks right past me to grab menus without as much as eye contact, she was the waiter for that area! She walked right past us toskip us for the larger party! This is the third time I have received poor to no service from this location. And the lasttime. Very poorly trained staff. Read more

Customer service was great, and they were busy. The food not so much. What happened to Brinker quality control between Chili?s... locations? I ordered curbside, and the Santa Fe burger was not worth $12, it barely had any toppings, it was cold, and I had toput in the oven when I got home. It has been years since I've been to this particular store but it was a very nice experience today. There was only one waitress... there to take care of the entire store. Even the bar. She was very efficient and very friendly. The only special request I hadwas a glass of water with a refill. Because I've been having so much trouble in restaurants getting refills on water they willnot do it. But in spite of being short-handed this young lady took very good care of us and the food but I had was excellent.I've been very of going to Chili's in the past few years but taking from my experience today I would go back again. Ordered some Cajun chicken pasta and its beyond thee worst ive ever had. There was absolutely NO sauce on it and looked like it... had just been dipped in oil. We have always frequented chilis but lately the food quality has tremendously gone downhill. Triedto contact Customer service and they are NEVER available to speak to us as its just a constant voicemail. I honestly just wanteda refund because the food was inedible and i feel like we just threw our money in the trash. Corporate needs to do better and behere for the customers needs and hear us out on complaints. Read more

My waiter was amazing!!! I wish I got his name, he was so attentive and professional. I was a party of two and had lunch around... 4-4:45. I ordered the new cilantro-lime carne asada entree. It comes with Spanish rice, which was tasty, cooked well and nicebalance of spice. It also comes with black beans but I substituted with fries, which is always great and fresh. I don?trecommend the carne asada though. Very dry, and chewy. Read more

The food was delicious. The service however was horrible. The waiter was on planet Pluto. The manager came around and tried... to make up for the waiters inability to work. No refills were offered when the cups were clearly empty. Chili?s is normallypretty good with their service. This place needs training ASAP. Read more
