Firstly I will say that it was not busy at all when we first sat and everything was going fine. I understand that they are... understaffed but our server shouldn?t have taken that many tables if she could not attend our needs. We asked for our drinks tobe refilled and she told us to wait?we waited for 20 minutes and she never came back so we asked another employee if he couldbring us more soda and he did not want to and said our server would do it. The manager saw we didn?t have any drink and ignoredus but once she saw we were upset. With a bad attitude she asked us what are drink was and then at that moment we received ourdrink but no longer wanted it because we had waited to long at that point. She didn?t apologize about the situations and left.Service was horrible and I do not recommend. Read more
Great food, fast service, loved it. The second time in 2 weeks we came here, we are regulars. Went back again tonight. We always... order about the same thing and Brianna remembers all our food as soon as we come in. To be honest, all locations are great, butthe service here is the best. We choose this location because of Brianna. Love her! Read more
I came back to Chili's after not having eating there in a while. I am disappointed that the quesadillas do not come with... guacamole anymore and that chips and salsa are not free. Chili's is a good restaurant, but not necessarily a good Tex Mexrestaurant. Read more

Although not busy when we arrived, waitress seemed annoyed to take our order. Even to request our bill we had to track her down... (my husband actually went into kitchen to find her... This was after over 20 minutes of EVERYONE looking for her! Read more
Terrible terrible experience , I like chills and came here a lot during my life , honestly it?s disappointing coming from... Chili?s they forgot to give us our appetizer and brought our food first which was already cold . They brought appetizer secondsaying they didn?t know we ordered one , we had to request for them to redo the appetizer because it was cold , our drinks werenot refilled and the whole time we weren?t even sure who our waitress was because different people came by our table . I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and my food was served cold and very salty. The lady that came to close out or checks had no... clue that 2 of is had already paid. Our server however, was absolutely awesome and had a great smile and attitude. Read more
