Chipotle is one of my favorite food restaurants these days, I really love eating and buying my food at chipotle. But... unfortunately I hate the attitude the workers are having at the moment to serve our food and that makes me feel disappointed ofeating at chipotle. The workers are not friendly at all, they are cold and not showing any effort to help customers, no onewelcome customers with a Hello, Hi or may I help you?. They just look at you and they treat you as if we are homeless or peoplegetting food for free. The first kid serving food always with a cold attitude always quite and throwing things around likewishing not to be there, He never says Hi, Thank you or Bye. The lady with hat which her name is Tiffany is having the sameproblem, never engage customers the way supposed to be, she just pretends customers are not there and she just staring at you noHi,Thank you or Bye. Lady cashier needs to be fully train properly and she needs to learn how treat customers., She needs tostart treating customers with respect and start saying Hello and Thank you. She charged me 3 drinks by accident instead of 2drinks only. I had to get up from my table and go back to chipotle, I went there and while standing there the kid saw me and hedidn't even say how can i help you or please give us a second, he just ignored me, then the lady arrived to the front and saidto me:"what do you want?" The employees never rlisten to waht you're saying because they just want you in and out as fast as possible. So I never get what... I want completely. They are rude and the quality of food is always a hit or miss. Read more

The food has no flavor. It was all under seasoned. The last two times I?ve been they?ve also been out of half the toppings. ????

By far the worst chipotle, service is always slow. You can order 30 minutes ahead and they will still take another 30 minutes to... get your meal ready, if you speak to them, they don?t even speak back, they will give you a silent treatment. Staff friendliness has drastically become the number one issue for this location. Food quality is a hit and miss. Some days it?s... good, some days it tastes like leftover cardboard pulled from an easy bake oven. This Chipotle inside Northpark Mall has been going down dramatically in food quality, customer service, and consistency. Every... time I order something from here is always a new wrong thing. Really great and busy Chipotle at N Central and Southwestern. The staff is awesome and my order is always on time for pickup.... They do a great job handling pickup, dine in and delivery. Food is always delicious. I use the app to get my Gus mode discountand freebies. Always clean and well attended, including restrooms. Great Jody dealing with covid restrictions as well.Chipotle...
