I never learned my lesson. This is the closest place to where I work in the Customer Service This is so terrible. It?s always... the same things. Never open on time. Rude. If you order a head, it doesn?t matter. They?ll still make you wait additional 30minutes. I?m seriously done . I love chipotle but this location is the worst I?ve ever experienced. I came in at 12:45 pm today?.rush hour time for lunch. They did not have Guac. When I went to the utensil station they only had... knives stocked??..I spoke to an associate and asked for a fork and spoon?.she gave me two forks?..I then asked a spoon?..shegave me one later. Do not by any means pick up or even eat at this location. The slowest and worst dining staff I?ve ever experienced. This... location does 10 times worse than a typical Chipotle out there. Parking lot seem small but we haven't had an issue finding a spot. Service was good there's plenty of seating during lunch... rush. Food portion is adequate except when it comes to the guac that is always a hit and miss but this perty much goes on withevery Chipotle. Read more
I?ve always loved Chipotle. Would always look for Chipotle when I?m in the US. But this time, it was a horrible experience for... me. Was at the line and no staff bothered to acknowledge me, as they seemed busy with themselves. The whole food area was a messwith bits of food everywhere. Staff broke the burrito that I ordered and made a further mess. Portion seems less than otheroutlets too.
