Just left chipotle at preston wood. The absolute worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. 3 people ahead of me and a 25 min wait to go... along it because of terrible customer service and a complete lack of management. In addition multiple customers asked forquesadillas and the female staff simply responded we don?t do that we don?t have a button for that. Apparently it?s the onlychitpole where you must order online and wait for it to show up on there end even if it means waiting 30 min to an hour ifthere?s other orders. My food was terribly cooked with poorly cooked chicken and ingredients that I didn?t ask for but wereresidue in the ones I did ask for from poor food handling. Overall just trash. Read more
This location has ALWAYS skimped on their meat and toppings, but today was ridiculous. Paid for a $20 bowl, and as usual their... rice was hard and undercooked. Everything was cold. My bowl was so empty I could see the bottom of it; it's like they gave me acouple tablespoons of rice and beans. Then the steak was hidden under the guac and I was surprised to find 7 pieces of steak inthe bowl. Yes 7, I counted them! You go to any other location and you get a full, heaping bowl that's warm and delicious. Nothere. Don't waste your time and money. Definitely not worth the $20. Read more
This location has gone downhill. I got a burrito bowl with carnitas and it was horrible. They didn't shred the pork so I got big... chunks of meat, which was hard and not tender, in my bowl. Hardly any lettuce and what lettuce I did get was brown. Won't begoing back to this location. Jeez. Read more
I come to Chipotle EVERY DAY! The 3771 Beltline road location literally everyday. The night manager at THIS location and how she... treated me was repulsive. I will NEVER come to this location again. And if I didn't enjoy chipotle so much I wouldn't come back.Their customer service is ridiculous. Everyone doesn't need to be a manger, customer treatment matters. Read more
Ordered online and arrived earlier to pick it up. When they were doing mine, they ran out of chicken. One of the employees went... to the back to cut more chicken. The other employee took my order which only had like a few chunks (see the top part of thephoto... yeah, that's all the chicken I got - like 5 pieces), ignored waiting for my missing chicken, and finished the rest ofthe order. If I could rate this place a zero I would! I found a bug in my food and instead of being apologetic about it the ?manager? gets... rude with me and basically tells me here is your refund now leave! That is no way to treat anyone after they?ve found a bug intheir food! I proceeded to ask her for the Corporate?s number she would not provide it I also asked her for her name she refusedto provide. She walked away from me and never came back to the front leaving the cashier to assist me. I?ve never felt sodisrespected and undermined in my life! I eat here at least once a week because the food is consistently good. I like to order in the app and my food is ready when I... arrive. This location is convenient for me and is clean. I?ve had both their vegetarian options and also the chicken and bothare equally as good. I usually get a burrito bowl, but sometimes I?ll have a burrito or even the tacos. The worst chipotle ever. I order my food and it is less than half empty there is nothing inside. I didn?t pay 16 dollar for half... empty bowl and then you are offering me a refund of $6.
