While this Chipotle is usually better than the other close by locations, we were sorely disappointed by the disrespect to our... order for pick-up. We ordered a salad bowl and a 3 point burrito with extra rice. It was less than a salad bowl and even lessthan a burrito. I guess my only recommendation is to not order online for pick-up. Read more

The food is always good at Chipotle. This location had a clean parking lot, the drink area was mostly tidy. The first lady we... interacted with was extremely friendly while still maintaining a very fast pace (I think she was the manager maybe, I don'tknow). Service was good. This location is the closest to where I live and I don't like to order from this particular one. Every time I've gone my food... has either been cold or undercooked. Today after who knows how long of not going, I went. The counters were dirty. The guac thatwas given to us was dark, warm and didn't smell like it was any good. We took it back and the next person in line also asked foranother. They told us they had no more and he told the cashier, it was left over from the previous order. The container in thecounter had dark green guacamole that was pretty disgusting. Once i opened the bag,, our salad dressing was spilled out all overour containers.. Burrito Bowl. No meat. No cheese. Bunch of veggies So I got pretty close to a whole food plant based lunch. I learned the ... Veggie Bowl comes with guacamole so that's nice. Also, ladies, the bathroom is clean. The tables are labeled for acceptablesocial distancing. This location is not in my neighborhood but if I travel near there, I would eat here again. Feb2020: I visited this restaurant location with my spouse for lunch today. The parking lot is extremely small for large... vehicles such as pick up trucks to maneuver into these small spaces. There is some handicap parking spots in front. This parkingsituation really rubs me the wrong way. The workers inside were quick and efficient while preparing our orders. They seemed tobe a bit less generous with portions here sticking to something less than the spoonful for a bowl serving. Payment was fairlyeasy with the application at the cashier. There is a take out shelf adjacent to the cashier. The drinks area was clean and neat.The seating area was just starting to get full with people. The trash can was not full and the floors were clean.
