i dont know if Chipotle is coming down to cut down on food costs, but i got the saddest thinest burrito i have had in my life.... same order i get over the last ~10 years. i should have said something, because it ended up being more tortilla than burito.also they were out of chips. Read more
The training of staff needs improvement, in particular hygiene. Observed staff touching/wiping face with hands while serving... guests and continuing to do so. In the age of COVID, this is really unacceptable and enough to keep me from coming here again. Read more
Ordered delivery online on the website. They make you click the address. The order went through but the apartment complex was... the wrong one in the email. Called the store number which just gets you to a phone tree for the entire company. You literallycannot call the store. After trying to rush through the phone tree and couldn?t get it to let me talk to anyone. Googled the 800number and finally spoke to someone. Had to give them everything but my social. Told them I needed to give them the rightaddress to deliver to. She gave me the drivers phone number but the number was out of service. The chatbot on the website is thesame as the phone tree. The driver called because the apartments he went to, again because their own website messed up, had agate. I told him what happened and let him know I was close by. He told me it was three miles away, it?s not, & I told him itwas a mile and a half away. He told me sorry, but it?s too far & ended the conversation. I got someone on chat and they keptpushing me back to the bot when I got got anyone. Someone finally told me that they can?t issue refunds. This store is awful,the driver was rude, the website is broken, I will never give this company money again, & I would advise anyone reading this toavoid them as well. Read more
The place was poorly run. 3 people standing in line WAITING to pay after they?ve already ordered. Manager comes strolling out... giggling with one of the girls Oh yeah, the girls who made my food? they couldn?t care less about you or your food or yourexperience. One was legit posted up on the line, elbows on it and all, lookin like she hated her life (while people wereactively working around her) The drink station was filthy and EMPTY! Every time I go here there?s always something with the order. If I go in I?m met with nothing but people who seem like they... don?t wanna be there to begin with and come off extremely rude, last time I got a burrito the girl on the line didn?t evenbother to roll the burrito, she just wrapped it up in the foil and sent me on my way. So I decided to try online and I got thereand had to wait 10 minutes for an online order I placed on time and arrived at least couple minutes later. Just a horrible teamof people!!! Read more
I used to love this location because their food portions were always good but I just went this past Saturday and they barely... even gave me any rice or beans. Also when I went I say that they were putting out fresh chips so when I told the cashier that Iwanted some he grabbed some from under the cash register table and they were sooooo stale ???? Read more
The employees used to be customer oriented but now they dont greet you and try to put as little meat as possible on the food.
