Getting so tired of the Chipotle workers trying to work so fast they're preparations have been severely sloppy lately. Numerous... of times has my sour cream and/or salsa been thrown the the bag before properly sealing the lids causing all the sour cream andsalsa to spill out all over my food in the bag. Totally unacceptable that I have to remove and clean off all the items in my bagbefore trying to eat my food. Also forgetting to put the chips(that I paid for) in my bag. Very disappointing. Order was not even started. I had to ask after 10 mins, nobody cared to ask why I was waiting there for 10 mins. Some stupid... excuse for not starting it and hastily done. Super bad service. We had an online order and no one asked us for 10 minutes what the name for it was. There were workers just... standing around when clearly not all of the the customers were being helped. They were playing music outside of what thespeakers play that was very loud and unprofessional. The food was good but my drink was expired? And I ordered while in the hospital?

Was disappointed in the reduction of service for each portion. Rice and beans were about half of what they used to be. I ordered... carnitas and it wasn't enough to layer the bowl. What ever you do, do not buy a large bag of chips. It is a complete rip off.The first photo shows the bag. The second shows how much chips are in the bag. The staff was very kind. I remember the days when chipotle was all about customer service and a clean line. Today you?re lucky if the workers greet... you. Food quality is the same but service is terrible. Line is dirty and screams cross contamination. Portions keep gettingsmaller and smaller and don?t you dare ask for a little extra because you will not leave without getting charged extra!
