Hadn't been to Chipotle in years. Happened to be pretty hungry and close to this location today, which looked new and fairly... clean. Ordered the Guajillo Garlic steak. Entire order was terrible. I did a online or 30 mins in advance. Arrived for pick up time and still want ready.. Than I was told they didn't have one of my... items anymore.. I told them to just remove the item from order.. Manager said I needed to call a 1800 number to resolve it...Why do a order ahead. Lol Read more

I understand occasional mistakes in orders but this place consistently makes mistakes. The mistakes this round were too much to... ignore. We ordered one vegetarian bowl with a request for EXTRA lettuce. Instead the bowl had NO lettuce. Furthermore, andworse, the second bowl was a chicken bowl however we found multiple pieces of other meat in the bowl that had to be pieces out.As individuals with dietary restrictions, this was extremely jarring. Chipotle quality has been plummeting at multiplelocations for years but this one is especially poor. Read more
