I experienced slow with them in a couple times in the past when giving Chipotle a shot after not having had it for a few years.... Tonight is probably the last for me at this location. I stood there at 8:40pm on a Thursday, waiting for my order to be put out.15 minutes later, I finally inform them I'm here waiting?after the line died out and employees had since wandered around withoutmuch of a rush to work on what appeared to be 3 tickets on the counter, one of them being mine. It looked like they were out ofmeat and had a bunch of meat cooking for a while. I'm informed that they were out of white rice (maybe it was being made?) sothey say they can substitute with brown rice, which was okay but I have no idea if my order would've ever been made had I nottold them to just make it with the substitute. I asked if I can just canceled?but due to online ordering, they can't cancel forme even though at that point it was beginning to feel pretty ridiculous. The team is appears to not have been trained much, norhave they been moving very quickly. A new line was building up as they worked on my order?No idea what management is doing or ifthey even care about this experience, but I feel bad for how this place is being run. So, 40 minutes after placing my order (20minutes after pickup time I was given), I finally leave with my 2 burritos. I get home and feel iffy about the chicken in ourburritos?the meat is mostly chewy for my wife or fatty, the whole thing falling apart due to being made so poorly. Veryfrustrating to pay for this. Waited over 20 minutes after pickup time. Burritos were thrown together and saturated with too much sauce ????. The manager was... putting her belly/shirt in people food as she was making it. She was leaning over the food stretching to get topping putting herbelly right in the ???? Read more

Absolutely the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. Every time I go my online (app) order takes several times as long as just... walking in and ordering. Tonight I got home and had to microwave my bowl because their chicken was cold. Read more

I ordered 2 bowls and a burrito. I asked that I get mild salsa on the side of one bowl and the spicy salsa on the side of the... other bowl. I then got to the counter and asked for a large chips and salsa. Got home only had the one side of salsa. Called the store and the manager was very rude about it. It only salsa but If I like salsa and pay for it, I expect to get it. I alsoexpected the manager to say hey ma'am I am so sorry we can fix that, but instead he was rude and said I forgot to ask. I spent$60 in that store and drove all the way home to not have my salsa to eat with my meal. It is a problem. Whoever David is I wanthim to know that he does not need to be rude. I will wait for a response here from the manager to see if this can be resolved. Read more

BAD! The black girl making my bowl was rude and gave me very small portions at the end my bowl didn't even look full like... always. They also didn't have anything, not even lettuce. The cashier was not friendly at all. Go to another chipotle this oneis the worst experience ever!!!! 0 STARS!!!!! YALL NEED NEW EMPLOYEES WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more
