I order through Uber Eats and they neglected to let us know that their system was down. I didn?t receive my food, and 2 other... ladies that ordered through the app didn?t either. They had already paid and I had to call Uber and get my money back. Thislocations SUCKS! Don?t eat here! Read more

Service ok from the server, manager shouldn't argue with the delivery driver front of customers. They also should have fresh... food ready when they're almost out instead the server had to scrap the bottom for the rest of the steak and then the cook saidit'll take a while to cook some more. Very upset. Made an order at 503, drove in traffic for 40 minutes. I get to chiptole, order supposed to be done at 520. Place is... closed...on a saturday at 5pm.... Google maps says 8 , updated a week ago by the business. and I even placed the order online.What is going on? I drove 40 minutes for absolutely nothing and my card was charged. If the place was closed and they notifiedchipotle like they should have, the app wouldn't have let the purchase go through. Extremely upset and of course the phonewon't let you do a voice-mail. Busy for lunch Sat see photos. More came in after us mostly for take-out. New menu item that we both got in bowl; garlic... guajillo steak spicy. As usual we ate all the lettuce and half the bowl to have leftover. Going to walk across parking lot tonearby yogurt place for dessert. BTW: great shade fronting Park Blvd on hot sunny day and other places around parking lot. Wehave eaten here several times although we often go to the one's closer to home. Read more
