I went through the drive through and the speed of service was cool but what wasn't cool was the fact that I didn't get my... jalapeno that I paid for and I ordered a family sized Mac 'n cheese and what I got was a small cup container with, literally, atablespoon sized serving. Not exaggerating. I'm ticked off for not checking my bag but I didn't check it because of the o.g.that took care of my order. The service at this location is always okay, but not great. I tried the peach cobbler today and it was also okay. It?s just a... honey butter biscuit covered with peach pie filling. Texture wise, it doesn?t really remind me of a peach cobbler. Read more
It was around closing time on a Sunday night, so the floors were a little dirty. But as for the customer service experience,... there were two young females in their teens that we're running the drive-thru and filling orders. The restaurant area was closedbut I was able to be served through the drive-thru window. And fully expected to be met with attitude and unprofessionalism dueto their age and being so close to closing time. I couldn't have been any more wrong. I wish I would have gotten a young lady'snames but I did not. But I can say it was around 9:15 9:30 on a Sunday night I believe it was September 11th of 2022. But therewas one young black female and another dark-haired female but I didn't want to pinpoint a ethnicity on her for the chance ofbeing wrong because I would hate to appoint somebody or call somebody out of their heritage even the offended mean to. But theywere extremely sweet and had no problems. They gave great customer service and I am very proud of them for being so young andprofessional and easy going and they actually look like they were happy to be there and I just want to give them props. So keepsit keep up the good work girls and to the manager please look them up on the schedule and figure out who they are because theydeserve credit. That isn't the best area and they definitely have to deal with a lot of issues with homeless and druginfestation in the area, so for them to be still smiling on a Sunday night towards the end of the day made my day. My onlyconcern is that they were in fact so young and I didn't see any other management doesn't mean that they weren't there they couldhave been in the back taking care of other things but it just kind of concerned me cuz the fact that I didn't want them to berobbed or anything like that knowing that there's only two young females there. Underneath the large amount of crust the chicken was hot and tasty. My biscuit was a little dark but the chicken was ok
This place was awful! The windows were dirty. I had to pull forward to wait on my food. The girl working the drive-thru was... supposed to bring it to my car. I waited and waited and she never came out. I looked in the restaurant and she waves me in. Ihad to walk to the window to get my food!! She was on her phone the entire time. I will not be going back.
