Worst experience with the manager named Jose. Been to this place before and never had this issue was waiting for a special pizza... for more than 30 mins and kids from a school trip came and didn?t even get to eat . I?ve been to different cici?s locations but this one has been by far the worst one. Roaches on salad bar, we advised the manager... of the situation and just looked at us like what do you want me to do. I wasn?t the only one to advise if the roaches. Read more
Our family love this place,especially since we started getting the giant pizzas. The problem is,we used to have giant pizzas... before, but now we keep asking for giant ,but it looks like we have a large one on a giant pizza box, they're not like they usedto sell. We probably start ordering large and not giants anymore ???? Read more
I saw the staff were not wearing gloves while handling food. When I complained to the manager he was aloof and said they can't... wear gloves for whatever reason and that their hands were clean. I wouldn't eat here unless you want to eat dirty food. Thepizza was not good. Read more
The food was given to us hot, the employee gave us all we asked for, and the service was great. The problem comes in when she is... the only employee I see working thru the drive thru window while waiting on my salad. She was working the driver thru, answeredthe phone, and tended to the front cash register. Can you hire or schedule more employees? The service may be quicker, yourworker may not be under so much stress, and maybe next time I can give 5 stars for better work labor. Read more

Food was good. Customer service was really nice. Was able to use mycicis rewards and got a free drink with my buffet purchase.... Bathroom sink in the woman restroom is broken. Restaurant clean and food look amazing. Have to say my favorite part was thesalad bar. Read more
I?m sitting here having my dinner and a female employee pushed over some 2 oz (10-12) cups above the salad bar on to the floor.... A kid picked them up and she looked at me and sat them down. After taking care of a customer at the register she walked backover looked at me again and I watched her put those little cups back in the container where they sit above the salad bar!Really?? The floor is dirty! After touching the floor the cups are dirty!! Someone teach her restaurant etiquette! Gross!! Read more
