If you like rude service and pay for things that you don?t recy, it?s your place. I have been here before and half the time, the... girls working there are rude. But now, expect to pay for part of your order. I ordered a nutty bowl. I did not notice untilafter I left that the bowl wasn?t full and missing half the toppings. Find out berries are out of season. They would notsubstitute or give a discount. Acted as if it?s normal to pay full price for a partial order. The last time I went to arestaurant, they notify you immediately if they are out of ingredients and have a solution. It is fraudulent to charge forthings that you don?t receive. Just paid SIXTEEN DOLLARS for the tiniest / saddest wrap. After I ordered, they inform me that they are out of both avocado and... spinach. I ask if they can sub something in for the spinach, they say they can do extra hummus. I say that?s fine. I ask to makesure they at least have chicken, they say they do (I already paid an additional $3 for the chicken as well). Additionally Gracie made the first... experience awesome by catering to any questions I had and offering to put my granola on the side since I?m not gluten intolerantbut my friend is and I was ordering for the both of us. I did a 5 day juice cleanse which ended on Sunday. I went back to extend the cleanse 5 more days but they were completely out of... stock on everything. They said that the juicer who only works certain days of the week would be there on Monday and I could pickmy juices up after 10. When I called the lady who answered was very rude and said I?d have to wait until tomorrow. I told her Ican?t wait because I?m in the middle of the cleanse and it isn?t possible to buy 10 days at once because the juice expires. Sherudely said I could cancel my order and get my juice somewhere else. When there on Sunday another lady had ordered a 3 daycleanse and said when she came to pick it up it wasn?t ready. This company doesn?t keep enough stock to support their clienteleand the customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable. They should prioritize paid orders rather than stocking theirfridge for walk-ins first. I will not be back here for any more juice or healthy food options. Read more

I ordered a Cali wrap and they were out of chicken. The employee told me since I ordered on the app I couldn?t get my money... back. I?ve been in twice to get a wrap and Jared wouldn?t help me. His response was sorry you have to come in when a manager ishere.
