Tried all the central market coffee beans and find out that I love the Cultivar beans the best. I was surprised Cultivar is the... DFW local business, so have to come here to try their coffee out. I?ve had some bags that have been hit-or-miss, but overall they roast some excellent coffee and I?m always down to support local... roasters. Keep in mind that when you order from them, you get it very fresh; which is great, but it might fool you into thinkingthat they ?burn? or over-roast their beans. That?s not the case. You need to give your bag about a week after the roasted ondate to degas and release its CO2 and then it will taste the best. I?m enjoying a bag from Peru that I opened after two weeksand it tastes like rocky road ice cream, and that?s without any added cream or sugar. Great stuff. Read more

Whether your drink of choice is a double shot of espresso, cold brew, or an iced chai latte, you can trust that it's goingto be absolutely delicious. The staff is knowledgeable in their craft and very personable. Its a place where I always feelwelcomed. A shot of espresso, a pour over, and a sparkling water to cleanse the palette. Probably the smoothest, most delicious shot of... espresso I?ve ever had. The typically bitter bite that comes in most shots wasn?t there. It was smooth but still had a littletinge or bite at the end of the shot. Expertly crafted Kalita Wave-based pour over was excellent, smooth, lightly sweet andfruity. I got the Ethiopian and would buy a bag of beans if I didn?t have more coffee than I could drink in a reasonable amountof time at the house already. One of my favorite pour overs in Dallas. Great, friendly staff. One gentleman offered thesparkling water free of charge. Read more
As a coffee lover I can't think of better way to spend a chilly Saturday morning other than sipping fine coffee sitting outside... on a picnic bench. This is great place to be, they have coffee and coffee beans. We always end up buying a bag or two of theirfresh roasted coffee beans. This time my husband went in three times to pick coffee beans because his friends wanted some totry. A different vendor offers breakfast sandwiches under the same roof which in my opinion a very clever concept. They get verybusy so try to go early if you can. Read more
