Fantastic hotel for the value! Everyone was nice with customer service that rivals the higher end hotels a bit further... South. Check in was fast and easy, when I called to extend check out to 12 there was no problem at all. Rooms are spacious,clean and the room we had was newly remodeled. Bed is king size, comfortable. Big room. No kettle available. No water bottles available in the room. Aisle is noisy from... cleaners and door is not noise cancelling,you can hear people talks easily. Gym is big but not fully equipped, no heavy weights,handles for the cable machine are missing. Good location not too far from the airport, lots of options for food and shopping nearby. Good gym and pool, business center and... meeting rooms. Small but well stocked convenience store in lobby, which also has microwave available for use. Room was prettyspacious and bed comfortable and warm with plush pillows. I had a wedding block at this hotel and I cannot thank the staff enough for making my stay perfect. Rooms were modern and... comfortable. Bartenders at the bar and baristas were very friendly and made tasty beverages. My wedding guests raved on how muchthey enjoyed their stay including the pool. This place is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If youdecide to stay here you won't be disappointed. Good hotel, but the best part about it is its staff! We were disappointed with our stay. The room was definitely not clean. There was still food from the previous guest in the... fridge, hair all over the counter in the bathroom and idek what splattered on the bathroom mirror. The beds were uncomfortableand small. It seemed as though the elevators were not all working so traveling up and down took some time. We would have takenthe stairs but we were on the ninth floor. It appears as though maintenance is not being done regularly as the ninth floorhallway had peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, broken outlets and bugs in lights. It just wasn?t what I?d expect from a fourstar hotel and was definitely not worth the money we paid. It did have some positive takeaways. The lobby was beautiful, thepool was great and the staff were extremely friendly. Would I stay again? Probably not. Read more

Service was good but my room was falling apart a bit. The sink had a crack in it, the faucet knobs turned way past be off and... had to be aligned carefully to actually turn the sink off. It was an older room and others had been renovated. Additional wallpanels in the elevator were coming off or loose. The location is close to a lot of food, but also directly adjacent to ahighway. My room was almost at the same level as the highway so I could hear cars go by very clearly throughout the night. Read more
