Their prices for tamales are great! But as far as the tamale, I give them a five out of ten. Masa is a little chewy, meat... doesn't have enough spice and the tamale is tiny. Read more

I stopped going for awhile because the tamales were very greasy. Went today, $15 a dozen for dry, under flavored tamales. Are... they the original owners? Use to be mouth watering delicious. Well, guess I?ll travel a little further to Waxahachie. Stilldisappointed. Read more

This was my very first visit at Dallas Tortilla and Tamales Factory. The service was welcoming and professional. The beef... tamales were delicious ????????????. They tasted like the one I ate as a child. The best I've eated in over 45 years. Mydaughter and I started eating them as soon as we got into the car. We really enjoy them. The leftovers were just as delicious???????????? reheated. I'm only hate we only purchase one pan of them and they are so far away from our home. These I could eatevery single week. Forget taco Tuesday HELLO TAMALES TUESDAY!!! I'm sure we will be visiting here again in thefuture????????????. Read more

Not a fancy tamale restaurant but a True to life authentic Tamale factory, a good place to get good tamales. Take note: they do... close early when they sell out, to avoid disappointment if you are really hungry, best to call before you head over there asthey might be sold out- and hence closed! When buying tamales at a local church or handrolling them after watching the meatcook at home it?s always better but these were pretty good. I was able to buy them warm, and they were not greasy, and thetamale wrap held together for the first bite. I had hoped for vegetarian tamales but truth be told, when you?re eating a tamaleyou?re not eating the healthiest food available! But they were good. Here is a little market inside the store front as well. Not a lot of items to choose from but they did have tortilla chips! Read more
