Definitely the best Denny?s service I?ve experienced! ???? Morning crew is attentive, courteous and on point! I was welcomed to... a seat upon entering, didn?t have to wait for coffee and had my food quickly as ordered. French toast was even totally dusted inpowdered sugar ????, which most others forget to do or don?t do much of. Coffee was topped up regularly and my server regularlymade sure I was doing good. You can tell the manager is dedicated to keeping things running smoothly. She?s on top of her crewmaking sure they take care of the little things. I?ll definitely be back here again! ???? Read more

Our waitress Charita was amazing. Really busy but very attentive and always there when we needed her. Food was great too. I had... never been here before cause it's a bit of a drive, but the atmosphere was very welcoming. Even the manager Tina was around andsaid hello. The friendly lady bussing the table is named Linda. Just had a great experience here from the door to table and back out the door! Was met at the door and greeted by a lovely lady... full of great energy, unfortunately I missed her name but she seated us instantly with nothing short of charm. Then our waiter;Donald; followed her lead and was at our table had our order and met us with the best personality in a young guy I haveexperienced in quite awhile! Our whole meal our food and drinks were on point and the entire staff kept that same friendlyatmosphere going the whole time even as we checked out. The food was great as well. "The new normal." So had a layover in Dallas so the wife and I decided to get a quick New Years bite while waiting for the next... trip out. After waiting about 20min to get seated, we noticed a hurried staff. Once seated we got our menus and drink orders.There was a sign at the entrance to be kind as they were short staffed. Clearly they were. We ordered our meal, sipping coffeeand watching 5 people working feverishly to serve customers quickly as possible. 2 young men in the kitchen cooking, 1 of whichlooked brand new. 3 ladies completely hustling and singing along to the music and a young man who appeared to be a convertedbusser who was taking orders and running food. They were all working hard and together. They were smiling and they were tryingto have the best attitude possible! Oh and no one had time to mess with their phone (or even tried to make time) Our food cameout, and while the order wasn't exactly correct the food was good for Denny's so I really can't complain. 5 stars and incorrectorder? Sure. It was New Years, they were short staffed but they all worked their tails off with a smile. IMO, they had morereasons to give shoddy service and bad attitude. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! (Post note) Immediately purchased something in thetravel store and while the cashier was ringing me out, puts her cell phone In selfie mode and starts fixing her eyelash! RIGHT.IN. FRONT. OF. ME! Not a good experience. Order took an hour (not exaggerating). It literally took an hour to get to my table. Waitress never... came to let me know what was going on. A young man believe to be the hostess was the one who came around 45 mins. after Iordered and told me food was coming. 5 mins later the hostess, not the waitress, brought the food and it was the wrong dish. Italked to him and after he brought the menu again, and showed him my dish, he apologized and told me he would bring my dish assoon as possible. About 7 minutes later my dish was at the table. Food was not good. It was dried. Chorizo was overcookedalmost burned. I cannot complaint about the cook since he or she had to do it in a rush. About 5 minutes into my dinner thewaitress showed up and told me I had to stop eating and go pay because she was leaving for the day. I said, but I am eating andshe said "sorry honey but I need to go and you need to go pay and then you can continue eating". End quote. So I did. I wentpay and came back to my table. I honestly don't like to give bad reviews. I always try to find the positive side of theservice. No business is perfect and that is why we should always have an open mind, but sometimes it is just impossible. Thisis one of those times. Not a good experience. Read more

Customer service is slow, even when they are not busy. Pancakes are pretty small and dry. French toast was thick and okay. Food... just isn?t what it used to be, but the people are great and make the environment comfortable along with the music. Read more
