I like the "make your own slam". They honor AARP for 15% discount of which, I give it back as tips normally 18% min. Also, not... sure if all locations are under-staff because it takes a while to wait for the host to get seated, and it takes a while too toget the food. The quickest is for the server to get your orders and to pay. Read more

Don?t even think 2 is fair. Honest 1.5 stars There was one waitress, she didn?t want to be there clearly. The eggs on my meal... were undercooked. I had to ask her for refills and the check. I understand this line of work but if you don?t want to servepeople as a line of work don?t become a server and have poor attitude. Never eating here again. Read more

Initially, this place was a good one to go to. I would stop here in the mornings for breakfast and to get some work done. Coffee... was poured, orders were taken, until that one server left. Then, service went downhill practically overnight. It seems now thatthis is a great place to go to if you want to be ignored or treated like a homeless person. I've come here and have sat up to anhour without being given a menu, or even coffee or when I have, never get a refill. There's also the matter of the problem withhomeless people in the area. Many of them haunt a section of the dining area which naturally runs off regular customers. It'sunderstandable that management and staff tire of this. This is likely the reason that someone who was at a booth waiting for anorder they placed, was called out by the manager because they were falling asleep. He called corporate to complain. At the sametime, there was a young couple of either travelers or homeless "kids" who came in with their dog and they were asked to leave. They tried to convince the manager that it was a service dog and that by law, she wasn't even allowed to ask them to prove thatit was, which isn't true. That being said, management and even staff doesn't have the ability to distinguish between payingcustomers and urban drifters which shows in their lack of service, all of which contributes to a toxic and bleak environment. So it was pretty good. The food came out hot, I do think they could have done better when our waitress gave us our syrup and... salt and pepper. I think they shouldn't give it to us from other tables maybe just do prepackaged. Since covid it's safer. Theserver was friendly. And they do offer military discount Read more
