They couldn't make this experience any worse even if they tried. There was a couple waiting in line ahead of us when we walked... in, so we obviously waited behind them. Then a couple walks in after us and just get ahead of us and gets served. I said it wasfine, then a family of six walks in, and the guy does the same thing like we're not even there. We're finally seated and orderimmediately since we already know what we want. It took 20 mon just to get our black coffee and another 30 minutes to get thegood. The server didn't bring any plates, forks or knives, or water. On top of that the food was ridiculous. The skillet Iusually order was so dry, barely had any potatoes ir cheese. Didn't have any jalapeños or mushrooms. When I asked forjalapeños they were never brought. I ended up just paying and leaving. And when to eat somewhere else. The staff wasincompetent, the manager didn't care about anytime. I had to get up and ask waiters around for some napkins. This has ruinedDenny's for me for good. We swore ro ne er step foot at any Danny's anymore. The bare minimum wasn't met and most of the tablesaround us were frustrated and left with half of their food or more still on the table. Read more

Was in town for the cotton bowl. When we walked in the restaurant there was a guy on a bike parked by the register lol. ... Nevertheless my burger was delicious and the waiter was very nice. Read more

We came in for breakfast and although they were understaffed, the GM Ashley did an AMAZING JOB!! She was multitasking between... cashier, hostess, and waitress. She always had a smile and has great customer service. Ashley you did awesome thank you for anawesome service this morning ! Read more

I can honestly say I do not have anything good to say about this experience. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes for our... order to be taken. We had our 7 year old twin grandsons with us. They wanted to go to the restroom, but came out almost as soonas they went in. There words to me were? It stinks in there and there are these little bugs flying everywhere. I took them intothe ladies restroom but not much better, no tissue paper either. Ordered coffee, but they had no creamer. Finally got our foodand had to wait for silver ware to eat with. Needless to say Service, cleanliness is Definitely Failing at this establishment. Read more

We came about 12:30 an on a Sunday and we were sat but never greeted nor was our order ever taken. After maybe 14 minutes we... just left. The server there seems great but it was just understaffed and she could not be everywhere at once. We did sit to eatinside and we noticed that a couple who came in after us who ordered their food to go, got their food and was leaving the sametime as us. The reason for the low stars is do to the management team not the servers or food. I came in with a birthday coupon. And I told... the manager who was at the counter. When first came in and was waiting to be seated. She just started putting in my order at thecashier station. She didn't asked me if I was taking it to go or eating here. Instead she took it upon herself to that I wasgoing with my meal. Then she asked how I wanted my eggs. I politely informed her that my grand slam was a create your grandslam. And that I would like to be seated to figure out what I wanted. So she just sat me at the bar . Didn't ask me if I wouldlike to sit at a booth or table. Then after I sat down she said that the server would be here to take my order. She had anattitude. So I waited for 10 minutes watch people walk back in forth including the management team. Finally a waitress stoppedand asked if she could help me. I said that no one had. The manager didn't even bother to let the servers know I was here.They(servers both) thought that the manager was helping me. So she quickly took my order got my drink and apologized. She wasvery sweet. And the other server apologized as well and was very pleasant. But I sat here watching the rudeness of both managerson duty. Leaning on the counter talking and on there cellphones. They weren't even talking about work. The behavior of themanagement team at the restaurant is unbelievably horrible. I took photos of them. There was no table touch or table talk withtheir customers. I figured d that terrible. I have worked in management at restaurants for years. This is not customer service. They would of not lasted at any of the restaurants I ever worked at with this behavior.
