Pizza was hot . Only negative is customer service is horrible. The gentleman at register tonight 12)18/22 @7:30p.m. (wearing... grey shirt) was not one bit friendly. The wife and I swore that we?d never eat here again after they took our money but never delivered the pizza. 8 months later we... are all sick at home and resort to calling them again for a thin crust pepperoni. 1 pizza. $29 total. 1.5 hours after makingthe order I see through the front window of my home, the delivery driver take our pizza to the wrong house and leave it on arandom porch. So we walk to our neighbors and pick up the pizza. It?s luke warm, soggy on the bottom and disgusting. Not aphone call from the driver or from the store to ask about address. The address is clearly marked on the curb and the house,house is well lit. So we call the store hoping to report the situation and the person who answered the phone has the balls toask ?What?s the problem here, Did you get your pizza?? Ordered a medium sausage pizza and pasta dish for $20 around 7. Finally got food delivered a mile away at my hotel. Wrong pizza,... so I called at 8 to get a new pizza made. The guy who answered says they were aware of a mixup with the delivery driver?nothinghappens. 9pm I call again and they say the pizza has been sitting there and no one delivered it ???????? I ended up just havingcrackers and going to sleep. Finally at about 10 the pizza shows up?after I?ve already gone to bed without a meal. Didn?t evengive me an option for a refund. I ordered a pizza yesterday at 6PM but didn't get it till around 8PM. I had called and the store & they mentioned they only had... ONE driver. I wish I had gotten this guys name but for someone who was the only driver the day after 4th of July he was just soupbeat and happy! I'm sure he probably had his share of rude people too but he was so nice and polite. Just had to share. Read more
