This location actually has the pizzas ready when the tracker indicates it. The orders have been prepared, quickly, correctly,... and on time. EDIT: I drive further to go to this location as the location by me (Webb Chapel @ Royal) consistently "cooks thebooks" on their pizza "ready" times by showing as "ready" 5 to 10 minutes ahead of when they're actually ready. Food is usually good but the app sucks. Tried to redeem reward points and it errored out when I went to pay like 10 times in a... row. Walked into the store for help and twiddle dumb behind the cash register had no clue how to help me and just stood there.Didn?t try to ask for help from a Manager. Interesting enough, when I just decided to pay and not redeem, the transaction wentthrough. Read more

Every time I have ordered my order is always just as I want it. Even for pick up I arrive and do not have to wait long to walk... out with my food. Like ordering from here over the other pizza place near me everyone at Domino?s is always so nice. Read more

Walnut Hill Ln./Marsh Ln - Very clean location and swift service. Just wish the location could've been better. As far as food... goes, it's just like every other Domino's Pizza. So you already know what you're getting. Read more

Placed an order this evening. Trying feed family. Pretty understanding to prior days weather conditions, but today things were... much improved. Waited an hour, and looked at the tracker. The tracker wasn?t no longer working. So, I checked the charges, andthey had gone through. So, I called a couple times with no answer. After awhile I got an answer from an employee who said theyhad been trying to call me, which was not true. The employee said the manager told him this. I asked for the manager which healso confirm that somebody tried to call me. Again nobody tried to call me. Then proceeded to tell me they ran out of food andthey were closing the store, and that my order had been canceled. That would?ve been great information told me when I placed theorder, and had they called. Then he chose to let me know that he was a general manager and there was nobody else to talk toregarding the situation, and that my card will be reimbursed 2 to 3 business days. Anyhow, it wasn?t so much about the food atthat point as it was the so-called customer service, and the so called communication. At that point I honestly wasn?t verypleasant. I just didn?t appreciate being lied to, charges placed on my debit card, family not fed etc... You can?t contactanybody to the website, and obviously talking to the general manager didn?t get anywhere. Read more

We ordered a large pizza and got a medium. Tristian, the manager argued with us even after showing proof that we didn't received... a large pizza like we paid for. Never apologized and argued with us for 10 min before agreeing to send another pizza. We had towait twice as long for our pizza because they got it wrong. Then when the delivery driver came back he was extremely rude anddemanded the other pizza back. No sorry. No offer for a refund. Both Tristian the manager and delivery driver was just awful!Even again showing the delivery driver with a ruler that the pizza we had was too small. He argued with us and was aggressivewith us to the point I am shaking. We even donated to St.Judes!! Worst experience ever. Look below for pics of the first andsecond pizza. Read more

Very disappointed in the Buffalo chicken pizza that had maybe 8 PCs of chicken on a medium pizza. SMH....good thing we were... starving. We will NOT order that again! Read more
