Choose a different location to order from. Got delivery and they forgot to give me part of my order. He told us the the Parmesan... bead sticks were discontinued even though I was charged for them. I called the store they said they were not discontinued andsaid someone would bring them. I tried to order from my favorite place today but they did not have a delivery driver. So I figured I would try dominos. I... had not ordered dominos in over 5 years but I heard that they had a major makeover so I decided to try them. I ordered a panpizza, a thin crust and a hand tossed. I was disappointed in all 3. The thin crust was dry, and I ordered jalapeno pepperswhich turned out to be pickled (not fresh) so the pizza was salty and it was also dry (even though I ordered extra sauce). Andlook at the way they cut it. Some pieces are enormous and some are just a single bite. No quality control at all. The handtossed Philly cheese steak was super salty and dry as well. The pan pizza I expected to be crispy and chewy and oily but it wasnot. The crust was crispy only on the very outer edges and was soft and limp everywhere else. It tasted like a big pile ofslimy dough. But that was it. Additionally, they did not include any crushed red pepper or parmesan. Disappointing. Now Iknow why I stopped ordering from dominos. Ordered the bbq chicken pizza and I couldn?t eat it. It was burned to a crisp. The bacon was black and hard enough to chip a... tooth. The crust was super dry and hard. I ordered extra sauce but they didn?t even bother to put the standard amount of sauce.There were multiple slices that had zero amount of sauce. Just bread and cheese. I called 3x to speak with a manager to givefeedback and the phone kept hanging up on me after the automated voice alert and and ringing 2-3 times. Money wasted and it?sclear the staff doesn?t care. Not that they did anything directly wrong but someone picked up my order just as it was placed for pick up without asking if it... was for him. He took it to his car and came back in with it. Meanwhile I was watching everything and no one asked me if I waspicking anything up. The pizza sat on the counter for a while and eventually someone asked if I had an order then looked aroundand checked the box that the random individual took outside and came back in with. It would be helpful to label and directorders to correct people. I had to wait for over 30min before my order was corrected and in my hands. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered a medium pizza extra cheese and sauce when it got here. It was burnt had little cheese and no... sauce. I tried to call back to get another it was awful I kept getting hung up on and spent 30 minutes trying to talk to amanager. The manager I talked to was nice, gave me 10$ credit and made my pizza large instead of medium but the second pizza wasjust as bad it wasn't burnt but again had little cheese and this time no sauce at all.
