Tried to order online the order canceled, also tried to order on phone the order canceled, also went to store for walk in it was... 8:25 tried to make a order the refused to take my order saying we are not taking walk in orders right now. This store is always a let down I will never order from here again, No Customer Service! I asked for the manager name they gave... me the wrong name of the staff and management this store needs to be closed down. Horrible place, order online and tracker stated it was ready. Went in person a lady stated it needed 10 minutes. Went to the... store next door for 15 mins when I returned she stated it still wasn't ready. Decided to call my partner to check what time myorder was place and that's when help decided to come out from the back office a whole 3 additional people who then decided itwas time to start passing out pizza that were just sitting in the back. Received my pizza cold with the wrong toppings and theyrefused to listen to my issue and stated I would have to wait an additional "15 minutes" if I wanted my order right. Read more
I have to say that the only guy working there did a wonderful job with my orders. I placed my order online and when it said... ready I went to pick it up. When I got there the door was locked and I thought that my order was placed, money taken, and I wasscrewed. Eventually the worker came to the door. Unfortunately it was not ready and took an additional 20min but it was not theguy working there fault because he was literally the only one there. I think that this location may need to close down thobecause they never really have any workers. Regardless He did a wonderful job with my orders and brought it out to my truck. Heneeds a raise!! We ordered the new 5 cheese dip, some pizzas, awful! Please do not waste your time or money at this location. They have young children working there no one ever answers the phone... and the manager is a joke. He plays around and throws boxes at employees. And to add to that. My pizza doesn't come with thegarlic seasoning in the crust they just pour it on. Then my wings. I order ranch with the wings thinking like ALWAYS...it comeson the side. But no I get ranch poured on my wings before I even open the box. I'm really disappointed in everything I justordered. I ate the pizza but I hate I even ordered wings. Wont be back to this location and its in my neighborhood so I hate Ihave to. But the Polk and Ledbetter location is better and newer. I placed my order for delivery at 7:09pm and tracker stated my order was quality checked at 7:21pm. By 8:30pm, my order was... still in quality check status and not out for delivery. I tried calling to get a status but they never answered the phones. Ihad to go pick up my order because I could not wait any longer. Once I got there, which was over an hour since the pizzas wereready, my entire order was already cold and dry. While I was there, another customer also came in to pick up their deliveeyorder after waiting for 2 hours. This is unacceptable. Update- I stopped ordering deliveries, so I figured I would try with aCarryout. When the app said it was ready, I headed to pick up my order. Once I got there, they stated there was a "computerglitch" and my payment was voided. I said it's ok, I'll just pay again. Then they clarified that they never made the pizzas.Seems to me they canceled my order so they can leave early for the day, cuz they were already cleaning up when I got there.This place should just shut down.
