Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich. My medium pizza was 'extra crispy' to put it mildly. The second pizza was supposed... to be a large extra cheese. Instead they sent a large pepperoni and sausage. I called 5 minutes after the delivery girl left,talked to a Manager who said they would send out a correct one asap. Pizza hit the spot it was super FRESH. I called about 10 minutes before closing time and they still kindly took my order. I... arrived midnight (closing time) and workers were still doing their jobs and being patient with customers. Y'all the ish! Read more
Absolutely the worst! I ordered a pizza that never arrived. I had to call the store three times to even speak to anyone coherent... then the issue was never resolved. I got nothing out of the entire process but lost over$15. I hope whoever Lyons is theyenjoyed the pizza and tip. Why was an additional $4 taken off my card for a pizza I never received? Ordered mango habanero wings and the wings hardly had any sauce on them, I might as well order plain wings and buy the sauce at... the store. (Update, in past few weeks, they have been doing better how much sauce they put and on the quality of food) Read more
I ordered pizza online. I got there early. When I walked in someone did ask me my name. So we both knew my pizza was not ready... yet. Then I watched that same young lady talking on her cell it had to be by ear piece. Because she was not talking to anyone inthe store. So after some minutes watching her keep adding pizzas to the shelf. I asked her about my pizza. She said well I?mbusy and it ain?t been sitting there that long. I was like are you serious. If my family was not waiting on this pizza I wouldnot take it. Then I guess this other lady came over and said , well it hasn?t been sitting there that long and the shelves keepsthe pizza hot. She said let me give you a small drink and I will discount the pizza. I look at my receipt and it was a dollaroff. I can?t believe customer service has gotten this bad.
