This location has been to my apt several times but failed to deliver my order after marking it as delivered. I called the store... and asked the manager what happened and was given a bogus smug excuse the driver came back with nothing however, my order wasnever delivered and he was trying to find out what happened after an hour had passed by. I never received a phone call from theso called driver and the ridiculous excuse the apt and building number wasn't on the order shows a lack of attention to detailand competence since, it was included in the instructions. He even asked me did you place it online??? Please tell me how he islooking for an order without all the necessary information? If you go to this location please go in person so, you don't wasteyour time and money. Used to love this store but then moved out of the area. Now back and how this place is awful now. Placed an order at 8 pm, 40-50... min wait time, no biggie. Pizza tracker says it got out of the oven at 830 pm, doesn't leave the store until 910 pm. Then takesanother 30 mins to deliver. I check my door around 940 pm, no pizza, yet app says delivered. I call the store, they said theymade the delivery and maybe I just haven't checked outside yet. Why would I call if I haven't confirmed no delivery yet? Theytell me they can remake it and send it back out, I declined saying its ridiculous to already have been waiting almost 2 hoursfor the first order. When I asked for a refund the employee got very rude, and hung up after he confirmed what card it'd go backto. I didn't yell, didn't raise my voice, simply stated 2 hours was ridiculous especially when the driver didn't confirm theunit number before dropping it off. More shocked the employee hung up on me. Never again from this store. Also not sure who theygave my pizza to, because they said they made it to my complex, either way, driver did not confirm unit number and someone got afree pizza, but it wasn't me. Read more

If you absolutely must have Domino's pizza delivered, do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT use the location at 10910 North... Central Expressway! Over the past few months, I've placed three delivery orders with them. Each time my order took AT LEAST 45minutes JUST TO LEAVE THE STORE! That doesn't even include the 20-30 minute delivery time. Of course, the pizza is cold & hardby the time it arrives. When I contact their customer sevice, I always receive an insincere "apology" and a'free' pizza ( whichisn't really free since I must pay the tax & delivery charge). This has been my last encounter with Domino's. I'll take mychances with Cici's. Read more

Ordered pizza, contactless delivery (because I'm COVID positive right now and trying to do the right thing!). Food never showed... up. I called the store and was told they couldn't do anything until the driver showed back up. I called back thirty minuteslater after not hearing back, and was told the driver said there was no chair like the instructions said and he just left it,was I sure I had my address correct!? I informed him my front door is open AND I have a ring and I can send him my video ofalleged delivery not being made and he asked me to verify my address again! I'm just trying to feed my kid and not infectanyone! My address is saved in the pizza profile I've been using for years since I've lived here! Pretty sure the address iscorrect and your delivery person is either incompetent to deliver pizzas or doesn't care. Order from anywhere else that willdeliver. I Ordered luch for our office and the pizza looked like it had been in a car accident ???? It had very little sauce and toppings... and was also slightly charred. This is a little below what I expect from Domino?s but it is what it is. The delivery driver waspolite but the pizza looked like someone had dropped it or it a corner too hard. Also, the thin crust was not crispy andalthough the pizza wasn?t cold, it wasn?t hot either. Read more
