Placed an order thru the mobile app. Watched the tracker go through the process of making my order. The tracker indicated that... my order was delivered after over an hour and a half of waiting. I ordered from domino's this evening and my order was 34. Something for a certain kind of pizza. My pizza did not have all my... toppings on it nor was the crust correct. I took pictures and tried calling the story back and kept getting hung up on. I knowthey are busy but my order is totally wrong. 1 pizza 34 Something plus tip. Don?t spend your money at this location. Go to the one on Midway and Plano Parkway. This location could not care any less. They... never include the sauces. I order my pizza well done every single time because I know they undercook. It still comes undercookedand unappetizing, with more cheese than you?d get if you ordered extra cheese. Which I didn?t. This location no longer carries sodas. You can not order sodas on their website for delivery. They stopped about a year ago. ... Sorry but I want sodas when I order pizza. Every single other store has sodas with their pizzas. I know Domino's couldn't careless and will do nothing except have non-english speakers listen to me and assure me they have sodas and then attempt to take myentire order before telling me oops they don't have sodas. I was so excited for my half and half pizza until I picked it up and saw there was no chicken! Good thing I checked before... leaving. The staff is always friendly here, I just wish they weren't so lazy. I'll keep coming because the price is great. Read more

We typically order our boys a couple of pizzas every Friday as a treat from Dominos. Recently, we have had way to many problems... with this location and I hope they make some improvements. - The accuracy and quality of the pizza is inconsistent. More oftenthan not, I have to re-cut the pizza because it's not cut all the way through. I order each pizza square cut, and typically, onewill be square cut and one regular. My 8-year-old recently bit into a jalapeno on his olive pizza which was extremely painful,as you could imagine. - Customer service is non-existent. Any time we have issues (Food an hour late, missing pizza, wrongpizza), the site says to call the store. When you call the store, the recording lies and says your pizza is being delivered andgives an option to stay on the line. The phone rings 20 times, someone picks up and then immediately hangs up. This is not anisolated case, it happens to me and the neighbors I have talked to. This is so frustrating. - The delivery drive is alwaysgreat which is a plus. I understand the store is short staffed so it is hard to blame the employees who are probablyoverwhelmed. Ownership sees all complaints and refunds and such so I would place some of the blame on them. I guess this storemakes so much money whether they provide good or bad service so there is not a sense of urgency to fix the problems??? Read more
