I would have honestly rated lower ! We had placed an order around maybe 10:30pm. Store hours posted states that this location... 1am.. Maybe 10-20 mins go by , we get a notification stating that our order was canceled.. no call or anything.. just anotification saying that our order was canceled with no reason. We had used points that didn?t even get refunded back to us forfree pizza. So we decided to call the store just to be told that the lady we talked to (who didn?t give a name either ) ..canceled our order and thought someone else would have called to explain or whatever it was..she said that delivery was a 5 hourwait.. which I understand that if there?s not enough drivers due to a lot of places being short staffed but if you were tocalled explaining that to us.. we would have happily went by to pick it up.
