Placed an order on the app. Noticed that it said my order was complete. Delivered and all. No order. Called to be told that they... didn?t have an appointment number and they would send it right out. And they did just that. Order got here and it was wrong.Tried calling the store. Every time it would put me on hold. Finally when I get Thur to someone they said they would transfer meto the store which would put me right back on hold. After being hung up on I called back and the person answered the phone andtold me that he made the order himself and the only way to take care of it was to bring the order in to confirm. Some of it hadalready been eaten so we couldn?t do that. After being to in numerous different ways that they don?t have any supervisors ormanagers at the store I will have to take it higher then the store. If you live at northside apartment or really any apartment really, don?t ever order here. She told me that they quote ?follow a... code? where they don?t actually deliver to your door. Kinda defeats the whole point of delivery. They will make you godownstairs and find them. It?s just frustrating to tip your driver 20% and pay fees and they don?t even actually finish the job. Horrible experience today, there are three guys inside none of them working , the oven is empty and it took me 35 min to wait... and they say there are too many orders , I alway get from this store and it has always been amazing here . The app messed up and sent my pizza to another store. This is the 2nd time it has done this. So, I go to the 2nd store and ask... to cancel my order. The manager (a female) said ok and then left me standing there for 5 minutes. I flagged her down and askedfor a receipt showing my refund. It took her about 10 minutes to produce a chit from the order printer saying my order wascancelled. I asked if my order was refunded. She said yet. It wasn't refunded. Worst service ever. Actually everyone is very friendly except the manager. Had walked in with a friend and we placed two... separate orders. Later one of the staff came and asked us to repeat our orders as there was some issue ( they didn't mentionwhich of the two orders had the issue) and so we told both our orders and she asked us to pay again so we explained that we hadalready paid. In between this whole confusion the manager came and started shouting at us saying she felt threatened and that weare trying to steal and we should step out of the store and she cannot take anymore orders etc etc very rudely.( We only got oneof the two orders at the end).The other staff present there was saying sorry to us on her behalf that she is having a bad dayetc etc and tried to complete our order and the manager lady came out again and started shouting at her(the other staff) as wellfor helping us out. She was like i am the manager and you should step into my office as you are not following my orders. Poorgirl( the other staff who was trying to help us) , she was almost about to cry..and still she was very polite till the very endand kept saying sorry to us as she clearly understood that it wasnt out fault. I love the new Domino's location already! It is a new location, so staff is a bit short but it does NOT stop production. Why they charge for Parmesan Cheese here I have no idea. Smh
Placed a pickup order, was ready in about ten minutes. Dropped off curbside within the two minutes of promised time. Pizza's... were good and hot when we got back home. Only nit picky thing is there was one piece of ham on my pizza (unordered obv) so I'ddouble check if a piece fell on yours if you can't eat pork. Read more
