Purchased carryouts while in transit at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW, TX) in August 2021. It was a very... convenient option to have the Dunkin Donuts outlet next to your American Airlines Boarding Gate within Domestic TerminalC. Ordered a Croissant with Egg and Cheese and also a medium hot tea with cream and sugar. The Croissant was very fresh andwarm, but the tea was without enough sugar. The total bill was below $7.00. There was a long queue and there is not much spacenear the checkout to prepare your tea or to use a stirrer. There would be customers behind you! It also seems they sell BaskinRobbins products. This man that work at the Dunkin shop is severely angers and super aggressive I never in my life had a older man tell in my face... over a coffee Bc he made it wrong I asked if I could exchange it for something better and not as sweet, that?s when he startedyelling at me no that?s your fault for ordering, so I?m like yes but I didn?t know it was going to taste sooo gritty and sweetundrinkable. So he told me no!!! I?m a huge fan of Dunkin? ????. But, for the first time I?m giving a 1 star review. I ordered for a large macchiato- it was... overflowing and milky ???? and watery ???? horrible taste!!!! The jelly and chocolate donuts was life savior!!! The staff takingorder was rude, arrogant and not welcoming. She was having rude face, didn?t greet, no receipt, and they had only dozen donutsdisplayed next to the register. Seriously ???? worstu Dunkin branch ???????? Cashier could barely understand English. The masks didn't help. Their pricing is deceptive. We got six donuts, should have... been $7.07. But 2 of them (an apple fritter and coffee roll) were apparently "special." Thus they don't count for thehalf-dozen price. At every other donut shop I've been to those are just normal donuts. It would be nice to have that noted onthe menu. On top of all that, we were charged for a seventh donut that we neither ordered not received. I will not be going toDunkin again. Read more
I always order an everything bagel when i go to DD and they have always been the best but this one at the DFW airport was hands... down the absolute worst bagel I have ever had!!!! Stale, cold and the texture was like a prepackaged grocery store bagel thathad been sitting on the shelf for months. I don't usually waste food but this one went in the trash. A lady sitting next to meheard me talking about it and said she also ordered from there and it was not edible. Read more
