They left out l an item of my order even though i paid for it. When i went with the receipt they told me various times they... claimed they did make it and put it in. Long minutes passed they finally gave it to me, i said thank you she completely ignoredme, over $1.50 product!! I was just about to give up. Read more
Ordered an iced macchiato and tater tots. Few people got drinks before me and I asked about my coffee She said no then the... cashier said she ordered one its this. When I was handed this drink I explained I didn't order a latte I ordered a macchiato. She said it is. I said no I'm sorry I don't like lattes. Machiattos are much darker in color and are not stirred. She saidthat is how everyone wants it so I stir it. I tried explaining I wasnt everyone and would really like my machiatto since Icould not have that much dairy and definitely not before a flight. She told me it's how they do it and I would not be getting aremake. I took the drink and my burned tater tots and I will fight it with my bank since none of it is edible for me. I ordered a wake up wrap "sorry we don't have tortillas," okay can I order a large shamrock machiato? "Sorry we don't have... that!" I'm confused it is a new menu item you just started serving ? "We don't have the syrup." OK . Is there anything else thatyou do have on the menu? "Ummmm well we don't have hazelnut either." This is the most poorly stocked dunkin donuts I have everbeen too and further more don't put up a new advertisement for something you do not have. When I ask for a simple bacon egg and cheese croissant and they forget the bacon. stupid mistake.
Donuts and stuff are all the same as a regular Dunkin. This Dunkin seems to have missed the ?Toast? part in Avocado Toast? it... should just be called Avocado and Bread. Still good though. Read more
