Placed an online pick up order. Came home to realize the ticket was right but the order was wrong. Drove back to Einstein?s for... the woman to say they were out of certain flavors so she put in one bagel (from an order of 3 - also untrue, because the bag hada sandwich instead of my bagels). No apology, was told I could not receive a refund in person and had to be done through theapp. Read more

Incredible effort on behalf of the employee that came in on Thursday, February 3, 2022. She needs a raise. Knocked it out of... the park. She was completing orders as people came in during the snowy weather. The only employee to show up, and still had apositive mindset. I would advise doing right by her. The ladies working there yesterday were very nice. I got a half dozen bagels and they threw one in for free. I was feeling like... trash but they were patient with me. I tried there OJ and was not super impressed but I will keep going back if they keep havingsalt/pretzel bagels. Those are the best. Read more
