I don't know what's going on there but one day I got a bagel and a coffee and it was $13 and some thing on my debit card now I... did tip like a dollar or some thing and then a week later I ordered the same thing and it was like 11 or $12. Something shady isgoing on. Like they are changing the tip amount if you don't get your receipt. It's my fault for not getting the receipt but Iknow a bagel and coffee is nowhere near $13 and this is happened twice!!! I love their coffee but wish they would not be sostingy with the cream cheese. One day i pay 2.50$ for a small coffee and the next 2.80$ WHATS THE DIFFERENCE IN DAYS ? This store's customer service is AWFUL,... they're busy doing everything except helping customers. They take your order when they feel like it. The only employees worthsaving is the Hispanic ones, they're always sweet even though they're busy. The rest scream at everyone who's waiting to order.I hate that it's the only store near my job,. Corporate really has to investigate and do the whole secret shopper thing. WE WANTBETTER SERVICE. I have gone to almost every Bagel Shop in Dallas and I Love this Einstein?s!! They make them perfectly toasted the way I like.... Other places give you barely cooked white bagels the still taste uncooked:/ If you want warm delicious bagels in the morningthis is the BEST Place Ever!! Read more
It's a disappointment that the store gives all the bagels cold while dreaming of eating warm and fresh bagels as a family.... Restrooms are also not clean at all.Employees that doesn't listen to what its customers want. I definitely don't recommend it. Read more
