We arrived right at opening on a Friday and it wasn?t crowded at all. We were seated immediately and our server came to the... table as soon as we sat down. The chips and salsa were delicious. We ordered from the lunch menu and were very pleased. The foodwas hot, fresh, and flavorful. Our server was a sweet older lady who checked on us often. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, beeftaco with rice and beans. The white cream sauce was so good!!! My margarita swirl was also tasty and refreshing. I really enjoyed dinner, the service was great and the good was good. The only reason that I'm not giving ?????????? is because... my food wasn't hot when it came to the table. I was at the store on Buckner boulevard this time. It was one of the more pleasant this is I've had to help Phoenix and a good... long time. The white person was very pleasant and very helpful. The food was exceptional this time. The only problem I continueto have without Phoenix and or most restaurants is that I do not drink sodas or tea or coffee. And for some strange odd reasonthey do not like to refill water. Why? A glass of water I'm assuming doesn't cost as much as a glass of soda and the refill. Ijust do not understand. I went to El Fenix for lunch today. Went to the one located in Casa Linda Plaza. It was during lunch hours so they were... somewhat busy. However, their service is fast. Ordered food and it was out and ready in about 5 minutes. El Fenix is myfavorite Mexican restaurant in the Dallas area. Read more

I went on a Sat. Evening by myself, and was seated immediately. The waiter was fast, and got my order exactly right. He refilled... my cola several times without my having to ask. My dinner was hot, and delicious. I don?t usually have dessert, but I orderedthe Flan. I hadn?t had any in years. The Flan itself was perfect. The Caramel sauce was pretty thin. Almost watery.
