Staff very friendly. Good came out fast with black beans while you wait. Mango margaritas (rocks and frozen) were great and... rimmed with tajin. Pastor tacos and tostadas de tenga with a side cart if salsa, chopped onions, cilantro, and lime were great.Highly recommend! Read more
It is good but yes it is definitely not a tex mex restaurant. They don?t have complimentary chips and salsa nor mexican rice.... But they give you a complimentary black bean soup and i am telling yall it?s amazing!! I hate beans and hated for my entirelife, but it smelled good so I gave it a try and omg was super good! Honestly the only and first time I?ve ever actually likedmexican beans! Their guac was okay but not so special. Their gringa (pastor taco with cheese) was really good tho we also gotParrillada tizon which was bit of everything (tacos) and we didn?t like any of them but pastor tacos. This little jem is kind of hidden off Forest Lane across the parking lot from the Old Golden Corral Restaurant that once was... open. The chicken and Al Pastor were very tender and good. If all you are wondering why I gave this establishment a 3star ratingwas because I found a long strand of hair on the first order of tacos that I order. I had mentioned too one of the waitress andI even showed her the long strand of hair that was in my tacos. They made me a new order of tacos wich was ok! but I honestlythink that instead of me paying for my order the Manager should have at least offer me some type of credit for the smallinconvenience that I experience with the long strand of hair. The food is ok, was a bit let down. Torta and quesadilla are ok at best. The choriqueso is good. Horchata is probably from the... packet flavoring and is not as fresh as other places. Service was good, the ladies were nice and quick. Next time will def tryjust the tacos if not then it?s back to the taco stands. Read more
We went specifically because I was craving some menudo and I was definitely not dissatisfied! It was exactly what I wanted, hot,... soft and tasty. They gave us salsa, diced onion, lime, oregano. I loved it. The menu prices changed a tiny bit, I'll upload thepics. Read more
