Exceptionally disappointing service. Ordered fajitas and margaritas for 2 through Door Dash. This franchise made no effort to... contact me before sending a message through Door Dash that they were "out of half gallon margaritas", so they were sending anunnecessary gallon at twice the (unapproved) price. They then failed to send the almost $60 in margaritas with the dasher. Whencontacted about the overcharge and failure to send drinks, the manager was passive aggressive and defensive about the store'sresponsibility. She repeatedly blamed Door Dash and insisted orders through 3rd parties were not her problem. In short, I spent$120 for a disappointing portion of fajitas and a verbal reprimand for failing to order directly through Fajita Pete's. When Icontacted their corporate representative, Kevin, about the fraudulent upcharge of drinks and poor customer service, he wasprofessional and apologetic. He agreed to personally handle my next order and deliver the meal. Unfortunately, he has failed toanswer his phone or texts since. UPDATE after correspondence with owner: The owner has confirmed that Kevin does work for him,but he is simply too busy to honor his offer. A$25 gift card (that doesn?t cover the original uncharged item) was offered inexchange for removing my review. As an excellent alternative, Uncle Julio?s provides a wonderful product with great margaritasand customer service. I would strongly encourage you to have your meal with them before you would order from Fajita Pete?s. Read more

Ordered ahead online La Familia Fajitas. Food was ready 2 minutes before my requested delivery time l. I selected curbside... delivery. The employee found my car, helped me get the food in the car, and was very friendly. The order was correct and thefood was delicious! Read more

Fajita Pete?s was sooooo good! The service and ordering process went really well! In addition, the seasoning on the beef and the... chicken were phenomenal. Each bite was juicy and flavorful! We ordered the la familia and there was more than enough for myfamily and I! The chips were super crunchy and fresh! Lastly, the flautas were loaded in flavor! PRO TIP: dip the flautas in thesalsa for an amazing combination! The queso was super fresh and delicious, we added some pico de Gallo and it made it evenbetter!
