Additional Information
First, the server and the food arrived 30 minutes late for a party of 65 people. Then, after everyone had gone through the line... and fixed their plates, we realized that they had not delivered any fajita sides like cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and pico, etc.So, the fajitas were essentially meat in a tortilla. They delivered the sides later, after everyone had already eaten. Finally,we asked the server to save the left over meat for us, but she took it home for herself. Read more
I have used fajita Pete's for catering a family reunion dinner and personal dinner as well. By far my favorites are the steak... and shrimp. Still need to try the pork. The white queso is absolutely delicious and definitely a hit. Fajita Pete's willdefinitely be in a regular dinner rotation. Update: Don't know what happened but food quality has fallen off the map. The quesois just water with cheese blended in. I can watch it run off the chip like it's being poured from a faucet. Beef is low qualityand not very well cooked. Last 2 delivery orders have been wrong and need correcting. Shame the quality has gone so south. Read more

First time trying this place and will certainly be the last. My family ordered chips and quest, beef fajitas, a veggie burrito,... and 2 kids quesadillas. The refried beans were very watery/runny and had a tart flavor, the rice wasn?t fully cooked and theflavor was mediocre, the guacamole was nearly inedible, and the queso was also extremely watery/runny.
