First time trying this place and will certainly be the last. My family ordered chips and quest, beef fajitas, a veggie burrito,... and 2 kids quesadillas. The refried beans were very watery/runny and had a tart flavor, the rice wasn?t fully cooked and theflavor was mediocre, the guacamole was nearly inedible, and the queso was also extremely watery/runny. First, the server and the food arrived 30 minutes late for a party of 65 people. Then, after everyone had gone through the line... and fixed their plates, we realized that they had not delivered any fajita sides like cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and pico, etc.So, the fajitas were essentially meat in a tortilla. I have used fajita Pete's for catering a family reunion dinner and personal dinner as well. By far my favorites are the steak... and shrimp. Still need to try the pork. The white queso is absolutely delicious and definitely a hit. Fajita Pete's willdefinitely be in a regular dinner rotation. Update: Don't know what happened but food quality has fallen off the map. The quesois just water with cheese blended in. I can watch it run off the chip like it's being poured from a faucet. Beef is low qualityand not very well cooked. Last 2 delivery orders have been wrong and need correcting. Shame the quality has gone so south. Read more

If I was able to I would give it no stars. I got a dinner for two carnitas. Tortillas aren't cooked fully, refried beans watered... down, rice taste like it's old and been sitting around, salsa was just basically water with spice. portion size not worth the 30dollars for two cause it's basically enough for one. I wanted to like this place but tonight's dinner for four was a terrible experience. Tortilla not cooked thru. Even bought... extras but had throw all away. Borracho beans was just liquid with few few beans. Ruined the whole Friday night dinner at homeexperience. Read more
