The food is great, the place is close to a lot of offices around, it?s not that expensive, but they can?t handle the rush during... the afternoon. Been here thrice now and they got my order right only during the first time. They overcharged me the second time,and during the third time, when I ordered a takeout from doordash, they got my order wrong and also the box was completelydamaged inside the paper bag which created a lot of mess. Me and my girlfriend have been to this freebirds twice now and both times were excellent. It is much smaller than most freebirds... locations but it is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Freebirds is like Chipotle but better. Read more
Delivery in downtown Dallas with door dash was quick. The food was secured and utensils/ napkins provided. The food that I... received was good and the serving size was a lot. I never complain unless I have too. I'm guessing it is better to go in personbecause I did not receive everything I ordered. My sour cream which they charge guacamole $1.60, and grilled veggies no charge.I guess the meal could have been better but I don't know since I didn't get the full meal. Maybe next time. ??????????? Their tacos and nachos are my favorite with the fajita white chicken. I always fo towards the early evenings so it isn't busy... while I'm there. It's convenient for me because it is within the vicinity of my workplace. Read more
