It was ok. The service was great! The kind employee at the register was so sweet and sure made me smile. I have 4 stars because... the Teriyaki bowl I got was drenched in Teriyaki sauce. I couldn't taste anything else. It was a little disappointing but I'mgoing to try again on the next trip and give it a second chance but I'll be ordering something else. Read more

I went into Freshii at Baylor hospital of Dallas. My mother is in the hospital . I just happen to see Freshii and I have never... been to one before. I placed my order and the two very sweet kind ladies that were working that night were so very nice,friendly, professional, and since I had never been to a Freshii they helped me pick out a delicious bowl!! Absolutely delicious!And TERESA prepared for me and it just looked amazing! So preparation and presentation were EXCELLENT. And DYJENNIFER was alsovery helpful at helping me decide on what to order..SHE WAS SO VERY NICE AND KIND AND SUGGESTED A DELICIOUS GREAT BOWL! Remembermy mom is in the hospital at Baylor so I was honestly upset and worried about my dear mom. And TERESA AND DYJENNIFER HONESTLYHELPED MAKE MY DAY AND MEAL WONDERFUL. I SINCERELY THANK THEM BOTH!! They even ask who I was visiting and gave me some very kinduplifting words! I would recommend this FRESHII TO EVERYONE! Especially if TERESA AND DYJENNIFER ARE THERE! Nice place tucked away inside a corner of the hospital campus. Staff was friendly, there is both indoor and outdoor seating, and... the food both good and inexpensive. Plus, if you're lucky, you can eavesdrop of juicy doctor gossip. Read more
This place is great! I've tried almost everything on the menu, and you can't go wrong with any entrée. They even have a $6... daily menu, and a burrito special. Staff is great, and the restaurant is always very clean and well organized. Read more
