Custom service was beyond horrible, from the manager on down just horrible. Rosita was the manger during our visit and she was... the worse. Purchased Wicked wings and they were burnt, wicked wing seasoning not applied. Ask for the seasoning to be put on ourwings they threw the hold can on them from what it looked like and gave us the same brunt wings. Sent back a second time for ourorder to be remade and gave us the same order back. Beyond disrespectful. It's sad that in our neighborhood customers serviceis horrible and to mention people forget to serve people how they desire to be served. This establishment actually deserves azero. Read more
The Wicked chicken wings were good but the special they use to have on Sunday and Monday for $0.50 wings had been cut off with... no notice to patrons. Customer service is much to be desired. I checked order before leaving and I was missing my pepper and thecashier seemed upset we let him know. The price for large okra said $2.89 but we were charged $3.69. That was not a good value. Hate to leave low reviews but this is the closest Golden Chick to us and we have visited several times. Everytime we have a hard... time ordering as they do not pay attention to what your saying. You repeat yourself multiple times. They always have a badattitude and they always for get to put all your food in your bag. The food is good but you can't enjoy it with bad customerservice. One of the grossest food experiences that I have ever had. After waiting over 30 minutes for my food while employees were... sitting in the dining room watching the ice machine not working and lines of people waiting inside and out for their food, I wastold that my order still wasn't ready because they had to make the jalapeno poppers. So I said forget it - substitute somethingelse. When I went out to my car and checked my order I was that there were two things looking like whiskers coming out of one ofthe pcs of chicken. The last time I checked, chicken doesn't have whiskers so I don't think it was chicken. When I took it in toshow them I was met with eye rolls and uncontrollable laughter from employees that continued until I left. Needless to say Iwon't be back, and I hope that they health Dept or City of Dallas checks this out. Read more
The food is always on point but the overall atmosphere isn't one of positivity. It's always so busy so the individuals that... frequent this business make the visit one of frustration and annoyance.
