Great chicken! But the Worst of the worst customer service ever i gave it a third chance and nothing has improved
Went there yesterday not once but twice because some of my wicked wings were spoiled. They gave me a fresh batch and maybe it... was me but they weren't any better. Tried to call 6 times no answer. I didn't want my money back or wings replaced but to letthem know that if they kept selling those wings someone is going to get sick. Read more
Disappointing visit...this location has always been hit or miss. Food is okay most of time...service has always been lacking.... The dining room has been closed for sometime now and only the drive thru is available. There was one car ahead of us thatseemed to take longer than usual. After waiting for 5 minutes and we were immediately asked to please hold. We sat there waitingfor another 5 minutes ...we could hear people in the background...cars were lining up behind us...still nobody came back on thespeaker to take our order...so we decided to leave. As we drove around the restaurant to leave, the same exact car that was infront of 7 minutes ago is still at the window. Never go back to this spot again. 1. Drive thru speaker didn't work. 2. Very slow 3. Employees were lacking customer service 4.... Received my food and was so disappointed. Chicken and fries were cold and tasted stale. Read more
So went through drive through ordered the same 16 piece tender meal two sides of mash pots with gravy and gravy as dipping... sauce. Once again I got 16 little pieces of chk barley any chk on them mostly breading and only one side of gravy and one mashpots paid for an extra side of green beans didn?t get. Needless to say I spent 40 dollars on bread crumbs and cold mash potswith no gravy for them and green beans this is like the third time this month I think I?m done with golden chk, also they actlike you are lying when you let them know so what?s the point great place for them to Rob you and you just have to deal withit.!!!
