Ordered chicken wings with no spice, got to my destination after picking up order, wings were coated with spices!! Tried calling... and got no answer. Terrible, as the person I purchased the wings for couldn't eat them because of ulcer issues. She ended up noteating lunch that day due to the incompetence of whomever prepared the order!! Read more
This place has the better service but they ALWAYS! ALWAYS! mess up something on my order. Never fails. I usually spend anywhere... from $50.00 -$80.00 and I stay in Mesquite so I do not want to drive back to pick up my missing items. They are very respectful,polite great customer service hands down. They are always busy so I understand. Last time they forgot my gravy, another time myfries and well today it was the rolls. Hopefully they will get it together one day and when they do they will be the best! Read more
Love golden chick everytime I go drive thru is always pretty fast. They're was one car in front of me but they took the orders... pretty quick and got my order right and it was hot definitely recommend. Read more

I got the best customer service here today whoever made my wicked wings they did an awesome job they were seasoned to perfection... and the guy at the window he greeted me with a smile and we had a friendly conversation I would definitely be coming back herebecause this is the only place who makes your wicked wings exactly the way you tell them. Visited this location and I am dissatisfied! I decided to try something other than fried food and went with the golden roasted 2... piece. Bad idea! Chicken looked old and dry! My roll was also smashed in on one side and was very hard. (See photo-hard/smashedpiece on the right side of plate). The only good thing was the salad. I am very disappointed! Wasted my money!!
