This has to be the worst golden chick location on a consistent basis. If it isn?t one thing, it?s another. Just got home with my... food. They gave me literally table spoon of gravy for 12 tenders, forgot my rolls, & said they ran out of sweet tea. Not tomention, they mocked me as I was ordering because I could hear them. Usually Golden Chick be on point but not this time. My order was wrong. I ask for original , they added spicy sauce, the rolls... were hard. My daughter wanted a cookie, she couldn't eat it because it had expired in July. The customer service was ok as well.Not the usual Golden Chick. Read more

The 1st review I ever left so ya know they had to be awful. This is the worse golden chick in Dallas, the employees and the... supervisor have the worst customer service skills ever. They always get my order wrong and we went there 2 times and we neverreceived any utensils I literally had to eat my food with my hands which is totally unacceptable. Then the managers are supposedto be there to help customers instead they want to argue with customers about they order. Food was cold, green beans were theworse ever they tasted burnt and left a horrible after taste in my mouth. When we returned our order the 1st time we receivedless food and when we went for our money the manager told us no refund. Always check your order when going to this locationbecause something is always wrong with my food this was a big let down for $20. Read more
