Got off work sleepy and tired and just wanted a good ol' burger to fill my food crave. Got the sourdough jack burger and to my... dismay when I got home, which is 2 mins away from location, the burger was cold and the bread wasn't cooked, and to top it offthe cashier never said a word to me during the exchange of money and food...so rude, and Jack I owe you a virtual slap forwasting my time and money! In out doing door dash and I ask the Hispanic lady at the window for a cup of water while I was picking up a order and I was... told the machine don't dispense out water and I would have to buy a bottle of water. I use to work for jack in the box and Iknow the machine gives water but I didn't feel like goin back n forth with her about water. She didn't have a name tag on andwas very rude about it and I was in the drive thru for over 20 min jus to pick up somebody else's food. Read more
Need to learn people skills learn to be courteous and smile. It's people out there that don't have jobs. And please speed it up... gas is high nobody wants to sit in line 30 minutes waiting on food with the air conditioner on trying to keep cool with theirfamily. Senior citizens love your food but they can't tolerate the heat. Read more

I've been to this location 5 times only ate 3 times out of those 5 visits, and I was hoping and praying that it would be... better...nope. I love love ???????????? Jack In The Box unfortunately each time at this location it was worse than the timebefore. The staff WOW were down right rude and mean. Their uniforms were filthy, unkempt, they did not wash their hands afterhandling money then food. There was hair playing, face touching, hand's in pockets, but not once was there hand washing. Nothingwas stocked in the lobby, ALL FIVE TIMES ALL the sodas were out. Every table was filthy, the floors were sticky, the bathroomsscared me. The manager refused to fix or replace anything that was wrong denying that anything was wrong except for thecustomer wanting their order done correctly. The manager forgot to give a customer their change one visit and when the customerasked for it the M called the customer a very unnecessary foul name, refused to give the change to the customer nor would theycheck the cameras to see if they had in fact might be wrong and forgot the change, we left before the police arrived. Food wascold and wrong and wayyy to over priced for what we were served. The one and sadly only good thing about this location is thewifi connection. I hate writing a review that is all negative but I am so very very shocked that this Jack in the Box locationis still open. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to eat here. Read more
