first of all it?s 10:30 in the am I came through the drive through for wicked wings 1 the wings was old 2 it was barely 10... fries in the box & they was old as well we asked for all flats they said mostly flats was the only thing they could do for usto get 2 in one box and 1 in the other . We came back to get it recooked each the person on the intercoms and Hispanic lady wasrude & instead of getting the order right she insisted on a refund I will never go back and I wouldn?t give them another dime iwish I could do 0 stars NEVER AGAIN Read more
Store lobby is always closed, not sure why they have store hours if they are not going to respect it. I went by last night, around 9:30pm, and although there were quite a few cars in line, the line moved swiftly, the person who... took my order was friendly and patient, and the food was FRESH and tasty!! It was a pleasant experience. I told at least threepeople because I was so pleased and had to be sure to come and leave them a good review as well. I've only been to this locationa few times and while I can't say I've ever had a bad experience, they really impressed me last night. Keep up the good work! Read more
Food is never what you ordered. If you get all your strips then you dont have your dipping sauce and vice versa. Service is... poor, how am i the only customer and take 15 mins and order still wrong. This place is always out of something. I made the mistake of coming here on a weekday and ordered 2 6 piece tender combos. They... were out of Fruit Punch, Mnt. Dew, Big Red and Mac. I got tenders that were old and super dry. They also forgot to add a gravysauce on my second combo. Definitely not worth the $21 dollars.
