Breakfast is always great from this location, my problem was I decided to order a cinnamon roll??????????? smh. What did I do... that for? When I think back over time the cinnamon rolls are NEVER FRESH! This cinnamon roll taste as though it was left to setout a week and was hard as a brick! It was drenched in warm icing as if it was fresh, I guess they thought that it would softenit up or fool somebody. If you can picture a brick with warm icing that's what I had. Arrived at 1:35pm 2 cars ahead of me made to the speaker box at 2:00pm no one acknowledged me so I said hello and the young girl... said one moment ma?am. Okay. Twelve more minutes passed so my sister said hello again young girl said one moment ma?am I?m busy.Still kept my professionalism. Five minutes later she takes the order get to the window and wait as she is making the platesthen she brings the plates for bagging so she could take our payment and I asked to see the plates before we paid for the orderand of course she had an attitude and I didn?t care. So I asked the young girl twice for the manager at this time because herattitude was so bad, she refuse to tell me who the manager was so I then yelled through the window to other co workers to seewho the manager was and of course I was able to doesn?t o the manager. Needless to say as I was telling the manager bout myexperience the rude young girl was listening and packing my order and said that she would throw the food in my face and the socall manager told the employee to hush and of course she kept bumping her mouth. However, when the young girl said she wouldthrow the food in my face I lost all respect and professionalism and told her I wish she would. Cause the moment she would?vedone that I was goin o pull her thru my car window and then call 911 and pressed assault charge?s against her. Believe me Idon?t play wit kids. Worst place to eat! I hadn?t eaten at a Grandy?s in forever. I came across this one and decided I would check it out. It did not disappoint. The... folks were fast and friendly. Did you know they have fish. I decided to try it along with Mac and cheese, green beans andokra. The employee on the mic said it would take a few minutes to cook the fish but it would be worth it. She didn?t lie. Thefish was fresh and seasoned very well for a fast food place. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and delicious. The beans and Okraweren?t bad either. Check this one out if you get a chance. Read more
Ok so this is the chicken fried chicken???? this is so tiny and it?s no longer real chicken breast?Nothing how they used to be,... my hubby got the chicken fried steak, they look store bought honestly. Surprisingly the eggs are real! I would prefer eating breakfast here than any other drive thru breakfast! All items I ordered... was fresh, hot, and fulfilling. I payed less than $8 for my food and that was awesome. The quality was outstanding. Read more
UPDATE 10/1/2021 They are not accepting Doordash orders anymore, if you place an order the restaurant will never accept... it. Also they've changed their store phone number, I was unable to reach them on the number provided on googlemaps. ############ Food is good, customer service is so so. Mannnn this Grandy's is the bomb! I came over here last night on 11/28/22 and I must say they did not disappoint my food was hot... & packed fresh everything was cooked to perfection it was so good that I had to come back today 11/29/22 and my God once againthe food did not disappoint! I was super nervous to come to this grandy's because they had shut all the other ones down in theDallas area but my God this is one of the hidden gems we need to protect his grandest like the people protected Betty Whitedoing her life you rock grandy's you rock!!!
