I went to this location looking for onion rings, beer battered in particular. I did not see any photos on the website so I just... ordered them because I have wanted to try this place for a while. I pick up my order and open the box and I see these littlebattered onion rings. They kind of reminded me of Burger King onion rings. I was slightly disappointed, but not too much becauseI was hungry. I also decided to get shrimp and fries that came with hush puppies. I normally get my fries well done and they dida good job with that. Big shrimp, hot and juicy, but not so much flavor. Was wanting to try a new seafood place. This has been on my list for a while. We ordered the two catfish fillets and four jumbo... shrimp, ceviche and a side of red rice and beans. The catfish and shrimp were delicious! Perfectly fried and seasoned. Thestaff was definitely pleasant. The hush puppies were also tasty. The ceviche was good. I loved the fresh mango chopped up init. Definitely was not the freshest I have had in Dallas. Was a bit to commercial tasting for me personally. The red rice andbeans were a bit bland and I kept getting hard crunchy pieces of what was rice that seem to be not fully cooked. Fresh lemonadewas awesome. Came her for the Cowboys/Cardinals game wanted to experience new places while here. Looked up on GMaps and this place was... exactly what I wanted our group of 6 to experience. I'm a huge foodie and THIS PLACE MAKES AMAZING FOOD. Fried catfish, grilledSalmon, fried pickles, shrimp basket, and the clam chowder. We were ALL AMAZED!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
