This is by far the worst IHOP I?ve ever been to. To begin with, they greet their customers/walk ins with hey ?dude, what?s up?... and i also noticed that if a person is any shade of Brown, they will automatically assume they don?t speak English. I orderedthe potatoes pancakes online, got the restaurant and waited for 30 minutes for a side order that could literally be prepared ina few minutes, but this isn?t the worst part, when I finally got my ? pancakes? I decided to open the bag just to make sure andguess what, I got hash browns instead, obviously I went back and told them about it and which point the manager came out andsaid it was the cooks fault and asked what I wanted instead. I asked for her regular pancakes but then I left, they seemed likethe type of people that would spit on peoples food or worse. Read more
Well I understand ihope is known by not having a fast service but still very decent.Today they really took pride of this! we... wait 25 min for our drinks( 1 water and 1 coffe) what really upset me was the fact the table that got sat at the same time withus they got their food before our drinks. This location is filthy. I felt disgusted just sitting there and would have been ashamed of myself if I had stayed to eat. Let... me set the scene. As soon as I entered, I noticed the floors were sickening, decorated in used napkin shreds and crumbled paperstraw coverings; it was also stained with food. I was immediately walked over by my server to a dirty booth. There wereleftover food stains on the table. I had to request to move to a "clean one." As I searched the room in horror, there werevisible food stains on and between the booths. Flies were buzzing furiously all around me, and they were so comfortable theywould go on my silverware. It was just atrocious. I could not excuse it. I evacuated. This location is on a busy highway. It'ssuch a waste for it to be so poorly operated. They should hire a professional cleaning company to fix it up. Three stars arelow for a business, and it's no surprise why this rating stands. Something needs to be done. Read more

Came here to get food before I go to the air port, the food was good. But the service was unacceptable while people needed to be... served they were sitting down like they were on lunch break. And when we finally got our food, I needed a refill and all fouremployees are sitting here like they they are on break. My significant other had pancakes and did not like the way they tastedand the presentation. So she did not eat them. By the time is was time to pay for the check they tried to take just 50% offinstead of taking it all off. Overall very unprofessional establishment. Read more
The food was delicious and tasty. The server was a decent one. Only reason I gave it a 2 star is because it was hot and humid... inside. No idea if the HVAC was working properly or not but it was just to hot to enjoy the food inside. Read more
Ordered Breakfast burritos and hash browns and small stack. Burritos were cold. And the pancakes wouldn't even melt the butter.... My order came out and the people behind me ordered 15 minutes after me and there's came out same time as mine. Wasn't worth themoney I spent on it. Won't be visiting it again Read more
